1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the client (hereinafter — "Client") and the digital solutions and marketing studio DenisWeb Studio (hereinafter — "Contractor") regarding the design, development, advertising, optimization, and launch of websites, Telegram bots, software, and marketing campaigns.

2. Ordering Process & Development Stages

Our collaboration process consists of 5 clear steps:

  1. Brief: A short discovery call (10-15 minutes) to understand business goals, design expectations, and required functionality for the project or advertising.
  2. Demo Version: Creating a free initial draft of the project or ad launch strategy within 1-2 days, which the Client can review live.
  3. Advance Payment: To establish mutual trust and commence full development after demo approval, an advance payment of 40% of the total project cost is completed.
  4. Revisions & Refinements: We reconnect, gather Client feedback, and implement all requested adjustments. Design and materials are fully tailored to your brand.
  5. Launch & Payment: Completion of the remaining 60% payment, performance optimization, analytics setup, final deployment, and launching the project and ads.

3. Payment & Settlement

Payments for services are made via cashless settlement or other mutually agreed payment methods in two stages:

  • Advance (40%) — paid upon approval of the demo version before full development starts.
  • Final Balance (60%) — paid upon completion of all development work, revisions, and prior to final launch and transfer of project assets and credentials.

4. Intellectual Property & Asset Transfer

Upon receipt of 100% payment, all exclusive property copyright to the custom design, source code, structure, and materials are fully transferred to the Client. The Contractor reserves the right to showcase the completed project in their portfolio.

5. Guarantees & Technical Support

The Contractor guarantees that the deliverables meet modern technical standards, load quickly, display impeccably on mobile devices and tablets, and provides basic post-launch technical support and consultations.
